Biology:	It occurs mainly in the weedy and shallow parts of brooks, small streams, pools and swamps (Ref. 3788); these brooks are located in forested savannah (Ref. 3788). It is not a seasonal killifish and difficult to maintain in aquarium (Ref. 27139)
