Family:  Nothobranchiidae (African rivulines)
Max. size:  6 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater; pH range: 7 - 7.5; dH range: 1 - 2, non-migratory
Distribution:  Africa: western Gabon.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occurs in brooks and swamps in the coastal rainforest (Ref. 3788). Not a seasonal killifish. Bottom spawner, 1 month incubation. Is easy to maintain in the aquarium (Ref. 27139).
