Max. size:  15 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range 0 - 15 m
Distribution:  Eastern Central Pacific: Pacific coast of Baja California and the northern Gulf of California to Panama. Also the Galapagos Islands.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Sand dweller on protected beaches and near-shore sites in less than 5 m.
