Max. size:  7.5 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; marine
Distribution:  Eastern Atlantic: British Isles to the Canary Islands including western Mediterranean and the Black Sea.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occurs in the lower intertidal zone with the algae Himanthalia and Laminaria (Ref. 4489).
