Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range 128 - 220 m
Distribution:  Eastern Indian Ocean: southern Australia.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 10-10; Dorsal soft rays (total): 16-17; Anal spines: 3-3; Anal soft rays: 8-8. Caudal fin large, lunate; pectoral fins elongate, reaching well past origin of anal fin, middle rays longest (Ref. 33839).
Biology:  Inhabits deep shelf waters (Ref. 33839).
