Environment:  demersal; marine
Distribution:  Eastern Central Pacific: Bahía Magdalena (Baja California), throughout the Gulf of California, and south to Panama.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Feeds on small fishes, crustaceans, and other invertebrates. Nocturnal. Cleans and excavates its burrow, like keeping its home clean and tidy.
