Max. size:  38 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range 10 - 60 m
Distribution:  Eastern Central Pacific: Mexico to Panama Bay.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found on rocky bottoms in the vicinity of sand. Reaches a maximum TL of at least 28 cm. Utilization is not known.
