Max. size:  3.5 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  reef-associated; marine; depth range 3 - 20 m
Distribution:  Pacific Ocean: Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, and eastern Caroline Islands to the Pitcairn Group.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 1-1; Dorsal soft rays (total): 27-28; Anal spines: 1-3; Anal soft rays: 17-18. SL to 32 mm.
Biology:  Occurs in inshore reef areas (Ref. 7300).
IUCN Red List Status: Least Concern (LC); Date assessed: 10 March 2015 Ref. (130435)
Threat to humans:  harmless
