Diagnosis:  Dorsal soft rays (total): 73-73; Anal soft rays: 57-57; Vertebrae: 39-39. Maximum total length 10 cm (Ref 12933).
Biology:  Known from a depth of 252 m. Feeds on small benthic animals.
