Max. size:  11 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range 14 - 31 m
Distribution:  Northeast Atlantic: Azores. Mediterranean; straits of Messina and of Sicily (Italy) and the Ionian Sea (Greece).
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Observed and captured in rocky caves (J.M.N. Azevedo, pers. comm., 03/02).
