Distribution:  Asia: Wuzhou county, Guangxi Province, China.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 3-3; Dorsal soft rays (total): 7-7; Anal spines: 3-3; Anal soft rays: 25-25. Body covered by small round scales, lateral line is a little curve down. Silver white stomach, black gray back (Ref.33303).
