Description of life cycle and mating behavior Ovoviviparous, embryos feed solely on yolk (Ref. 50449). Young possibly number 6 to 12 in a litter, as these were the number of fertilized eggs found in the uteri of some specimens (Ref. 247). Size at birth 29 to 34 cm (Ref. 26346). Distinct pairing with embrace (Ref. 205).
