Flexion-postflexion: on branchiostegal region; posteriolaterally on gut; increasing ventrally on gut and along anal fin base. Juvenile: dorsally on head and dorsolaterally on body; ventrolaterally on tail; along dorsal and anal fin margins. Sequence of fin development: pelvics, dorsal and anal and caudal, pectorals.
