Rayons mous dorsaux (Total): 8-11; Rayons mous anaux: 12 - 16. Distinguished from the other species by the combination of the following characters: second dorsal fin and anal fin posteriorly rounded, 11-14 predorsal scales, 31-34 scales in longitudinal row; anal fin with 12-15 branched rays (Ref 7304).
