Diagnosis: Dorsal fin rays 17, segmented. Anal fin rays 18, segmented. Longitudinal scales about 77. Caudal fin pointed. Lacks a row of black spots on its side, with yellow spots on a lavender background on its head and anterior part of its body (Ref. 56674).
