 Description of culture system
 Water supply came from the reservoir. Ponds received a basal application of 2,000 kg/ha air dried chicken manure (CM) and 100 kg/ha inorganic fertilizer (N:P:K:16-20-0). Dried CM and inorganic fertilizer were applied weekly at a rate of 3,000 and 100 kg/ha/mo., respectively.
