Remarks: Infestation commonly occurs in the skin. Besides 1986 (Lopez), the infestation also occurred in 1988 reported by the same author in the specific locality of Laguna de Bay (Ref. 45120). Lopez (1988) also reported the prvalence as 9.0% with an average infestation intensity of 1.7 (Ref. 45120).
