Remarks: The infestation were reported in 1936 (Pearse), 1938 (Chitwood), 1995 (Moravec, Vivas-Rodríguez et al.), and 1998 (Moravec, Vargas-Vázquez and González-Solis). The parasite was reported as Rhabdochona kidderi kidderi.
