Distribution:  Asia: Turkey.
Diagnosis:  This fish is distinguished from its congenerss by having a wide black anal-fin margin in males (vs. narrow in anatoliae, maeandricus, meridionalis, danfordii, marassantensis, villwocki) and with body being completely covered by scales (vs. scales reduced in transgrediens, saldae, splendens, sureyanus) (Ref. 116528).
