Family:  Gobiidae (Gobies), subfamily: Gobiinae
Max. size:  2.67 cm SL (male/unsexed); 3.16 cm SL (female)
Environment:  reef-associated; marine; depth range 90 - 198 m
Distribution:  Western Atlantic: from CuraƧao, Bahamas, Cuba, Belize, Mexico and Puerto Rico. Most likely to be widespread throughout the Caribbean wherever the glacial sea level plateau occurs.
