Family:  Cyprinidae (Minnows or carps), subfamily: Labeoninae
Max. size:  50 cm NG (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater
Distribution:  Asia: Myanmar and Thailand.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal soft rays (total): 10-13. Body oblong, compressed in adults. Mouth inferior and head with deep transverse groove across top of snout (Ref. 94495).
Biology:
