Distribution:  Central America: Panama.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 0-0; Dorsal soft rays (total): 8-9; Vertebrae: 26-28. No dark color pattern along sides; segments of base of the gonopodium ray 3 much higher than broad (Ref. 42985).
