Max. size:  2 cm SL (male/unsexed); 2.9 cm SL (female)
Environment:  bathypelagic; marine; depth range 500 - 1400 m
Distribution:  Mediterranean Sea endemic.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Precise depth range dependent upon developmental stage and season. Presumed dioecious, spawns during spring to autumn (Ref. 4769).
