Max. size:  5.53 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; freshwater
Distribution:  Asia: natural well at Kaaje-Ru, near Baq-e-Loveh Oasis in Iranian Zagros Mountains.
Diagnosis:  Differs from all other congeners by its whitish or pink body without color pattern (vs. marbled or mottled color pattern) and absence of eyes (vs. presence) (Ref. 97574).
Biology:  A cave fish living in an underground pool at high altitude (Ref. 27297).
