Snout broadly rounded and proboscis absent; chest and belly scaled invisible by naked eye in smaller individual; spiny tubercles on the pectoral fin absent (Ref. 95162). Description: Dorsal-fin rays iii,7.5-9; anal-fin rays iii,5.5; pectoral-fin rays i,10-12; pelvic-fin rays i,7-8 (Ref. 95162).
