Distribution:  Asia: Indonesia.
Diagnosis:  Can be distinguished by having anal fin origin under dorsal-fin rays 811, 46-61 predorsal scales and 41-44 vertebrae (Ref. 26761).
Biology:  Females bear live young (Ref. 58777).
