Environment:  demersal; freshwater; brackish, amphidromous
Distribution:  Asia: Western Ghats of Kerala, Karnataka and Maharashtra in India.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Oviparous, distinct pairing possibly like other members of the same family (Ref. 205).
