Max. size:  8 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater
Distribution:  North America: Rio Grande drainage in Big Bend region of southwestern Texas, USA; and in northern Mexico.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Inhabits sandy, rocky pools and runs of creeks and small rivers.
