Rictal barbel coalesced with the lower lip in a complex and ornamented fringe; slender pectoral-fin spine, thinner than pelvic-fin spine; lateral process of cleithrum developed above the origin of pectoral fin; mature males have short hypertrophied odontodes on margins of head hidden by big fleshy lobes (Ref. 42856). | |||
