Max. size:  3.6 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  pelagic; freshwater
Distribution:  South America: Peru.
Diagnosis:  Body slender, strongly compressed. Scales adherent. Grayish brown above, silvery below. Slight shoulder spot present. Fins are dusky, dark area on middle rays of caudal fins (Ref. 37032).
