Environment:  demersal; brackish; marine
Distribution:  Mediterranean Sea: Marsala, Sicily and Farwah Lagoon, western Libya.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Inhabits lagoons, brackish to slightly hypersaline, in shallows on sand near seagrass prairie. Feeds on small crustaceans and gastropods.
