Max. size:  11.05 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater
Distribution:  South America: Atabapo River in Orinoco river basin, Venezuela.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal soft rays (total): 15-15; Anal soft rays: 31-31; Vertebrae: 37-37. Large dark ovate spots on the body side and no preanal spine.
Biology:
