Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater
Distribution:  Asia: endemic to Lake Esei in the basin of the Khatanga River, Russia. Possibly present in lakes in the region of the Gydansk Bay.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Inhabits lakes (Ref. 26334).
