Max. size:  13.81 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater
Distribution:  Asia: Guizhou and Yunnan Provinces in China.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal soft rays (total): 10-10; Anal soft rays: 8-8; Vertebrae: 36-38
Biology:  Troglophilic, collected around the cave exit. Threatened due to extraction of water from the cave (Ref. 86777).
