Environment:  demersal; marine
Distribution:  Eastern Central Pacific: Mexico.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 0-0; Dorsal soft rays (total): 8-9; Anal spines: 0-0; Anal soft rays: 7-9
Biology:  Inhabits shallow rocky areas near the shore (Ref. 11482). Territorial (Ref. 37955). Feeds on small crustaceans (Ref. 37955).
