Body elongated, cylindrical, snout bluntly pointed, peduncle of caudal compressed; snout subequal to postorbital part of head; barbels 6. Scales minute, invisible, only present on peduncle of caudal. Air bladder entirely enclosed in bony capsule. Without a free portion in abdominal cavity. |
