Asia: endemic to the Amur basin, occurring in the middle and lower reaches of the Amur, Ussuri River and Lake Khanka, Amur estuary and southern Sea of Okhotsk.

Short description Morfologia | Morfometria

Body color grayish green on back; sides and belly silvery white; dorsal, adipose and caudal fins slightly tinted with pale yellow and pectoral, pelvic and caudal fins grayish yellow. Upper jaw large and broad; eyes without sebaceous eyelid (Ref. 45563).
