Comments: Reported from Sharp Island, Hoi Ha Wan, Tung Ping Chau (Ref. 94637); and Cape D'Aguilar (Ref. 129329). Juveniles were also reported from Lai Chi Chong (Ref. 125536). The species was observed on 11 to 100 occasions during 400 dive surveys on artificial reefs (Ref. 119494). Sold in live fish markets (Ref. 125552). Also Ref. 125586, 128523.
