Occurs in the Mekong River and its tributaries (Ref. 9648). Reported from the Chao Phraya basin (Ref. 26336) but this needs confirmation as this species is apparently endemic to the Mekong basin (Ref. 12693). Museum: Mekong mainstream near Chiang Khan, CAS 95580 (Ref. 5515); also from Sakon Nakhon, Ubon Ratchathani, Khon Kaen and Nong Khai (Ref. 37773). Also Ref. 27732, 36654, 43281. |
