Found in Haa, Paro and Thimphu rivers (Ref. 40882). Several individuals over 200 to 250 cm long were recorded from the Tang Chhu (River), a tributary of the Bumthang Chhu, just below Ugyen Choling (approx. 2500 m. asl).
