Salinity also changed from 32.72ppt at surface to 34.6% at near bottom layer. Most likely that this species stay in cold water below the termocline layer, where the forage zooplankton organisms are concentrated.Amphipod specimen was also found in throat of the fish , which might suggest that it feeds on crustaceans (Ref. 116680)..
